Description
Fröken has just turned 12 years old and is a lively and positive "sport model" with good, easily adjustable gaits and nice movements. Well-ridden and well-trained. Self-motivated, energetic, responsive, curious, and likes to be the center of attention — very fun to ride. Would also suit a warmblood rider as the trot and canter are lovely too. Competed in lower classes, with podium results, and accustomed to going to new places. Has good potential for improved results with more training and the right rider.
Ridden weekly for an instructor (in indoor arena/on tracks) and knows most dressage exercises (opening, diagonal half-pass, leg yields, canter on small circle, etc.). Accustomed to Equiband, long-reining, poles, and other strengthening groundwork.
Loves long trail rides, either alone or in company. Fearless and not tense, used to loose dogs, tractors, traffic, jumping deer, moose, and more. Has never bolted or fled.
Swedish-born, no sweet itch or laminitis. Export X-rayed at purchase when six years old, without remarks. Highly insured with Sveland. Regularly checked by dentist and osteopath. Good hooves, trimmed every 8 weeks. Fully vaccinated, healthy and well. Maintains condition on summer pasture and has never gotten overweight. Inspected May 5th without remarks.
Lives in open housing in a herd and is used to standing in a stall.
Only one owner, who is now selling to switch to a five-gaited horse and learn to ride pace.
Fröken is with Jamila Berg in Gävle for training, test rides, and purchase — see more information and videos on the website: https://www.jamilaberg.se/saluhaestar. Jamila can be contacted by phone and email, see her website.
